Here’s some tips for you:
✔️ Write in your diary what time you’re going to do your exercise
✔️ Stack your exercise with other morning/night routine habits
✔️ Set an alarm
✔️ Do your exercise with a friend or family member
✔️ Mark off every day in a diary or on a calendar that you do your exercise, with a weekly goal of how many times you would like to complete it
