60km in 7:26:10 with great mates and lots of smiles.

60km for the 60 men the world loses to su***de every minute of every hour of every day.
~
Run/walking 60km hurt. But I cannot imagine the pain of losing a mate, a brother, a father, or a son to su***de.
~
So the entire purpose of this run was to join and support the teams in raising much needed funds and awareness for mental health here in Australia
~
