Still buzzing from this one ππ½β¨
Earlier this month, Jacqui attended an AFL Dietitians PD event during Gather Round. It was such a valuable morning connecting with other Performance Dietitians from around the country, and diving into some of the latest tools and research in performance nutrition - including hydration testing, HRV, and omega-3 supplementation π§ π
We even had the chance to test our own omega-3 levels, which was a great reminder of how powerful (and practical) these insights can be for our athletes πͺπ½πββοΈ
