Is bedtime feeling hard with your little person?

Perhaps they don’t have enough sleep pressure on board and aren’t quite ready for bed yet!!!

If they haven’t been awake for long enough you will see increased crying, arching of back, and bedtime refusal. As they are trying to tell you they simply aren’t ready for bed!!

Try keeping them up an extra 10-15mins every few days until you find that sweet spot for them where bedtime does feel calm!

If you are feeling confused with figuring out when your little one actually needs to go to bed then reach out!!

Are you reaching for your second morning coffee by 6am already as you’ve been up for hours already? ☕️

Early morning wakes are a pain in the butt as it throws your whole day and it’s far too early for anyone. It’s not sustainable for you or your little one and I do suggest you do something about it.

I have listed the reasons of why your little one is waking early above in the post.

There is always a reason that your little one has started waking early. ❤️

Have a look and start eliminating things to improve these early morning wakes!

How you approach these wakes is so important!! 👌

If you grab your little one out their cot or bed at this early morning wake each morning then it will continue as you are reinforcing this wake.
It will never stop! 🛑

✨Work out a plan of how you are going to assist them back to sleep instead and be consistent as your mornings shouldn’t be starting before 6am.

Remember wakes from 6am onwards is actually a very normal wake time for little ones!

😴If this is the only thing you are struggling with then my 30min chat might be perfect as we can dig deeper into why they are waking and work out a plan on how to fix these early morning wakes so you aren’t so tired by 12pm each day.
