FACADE REFRESH...With huge plans for a renovation and addition project to the rear of this property the owner was after a quick refresh at the front. We came up with a colour scheme to bring it back to life.

DESIGN FOR A NARROW SITE...Designed for a 10m wide allotment with regulations for the scale of the home, boundary setbacks and wall heights governed by council. We were able to provide a spacious family home with 3 bedrooms, a study and a large second living space.

The open plan living incorporates a butler's pantry and a gin bar, and it has a soaring cathedral ceiling to create a sense of grandeur. A curved staircase becomes a sculptural feature and creates a buffer zone between the 2 living areas.

This exciting project has been granted Planning Approval and is currently being documented for construction.
