Real simple way to roast your caps, a couple minutes on top of some roaring Olive Pip Co. briquettes turning them as it chars. πŸ”₯
Then into a zip lock bag to sweat for 5 minutes. Peel away the skin and slice up to serve. πŸ›οΈβ°πŸ”ͺ
