we love the rollers & peanuts as a great tool to assist with mobility and recovery 🙌🏽 We find the Cork rollers a lot firmer than the classic foam which many of our clients prefer and benefit from.

The latest directive from SA health is that as of midnight tonight it is now compulsory for all practitioners and clients to wear single use surgical grade masks when attending Allied Health appts. (the prettier, fabric ones don’t make the cut anymore 😭)

We have some available at both locations but we ask that if you have your own if you may pretty please bring it along to your next appointment 🤞🏽
