Ingredients:
- roasted buckwheat (boiled) 80gr
- mushrooms (cooked) 100gr
- beetroot (boiled, grated) 80gr
- feta cheese 25 gr
- walnuts 6gr
- 1 large egg fried or poached
- liquid egg whites fried 80gr
- 1 tsp olive oil for cooking
- wholemeal sourdough toast
I pre-cooked buckwheat for a few days and made beetroot salad and pre-cooked mushrooms. In the morning all you have to do is just cook eggs and make toast.
