Local carpenter Brent Lambrichs, from BL Carpentry, has been building in this area for nearly a decade. With every project he’s battling Perth’s scorching, dry summers, often pushing beyond 40°C.

Thermally, SolarSpan® helps tackle the classic “hot box” problem common under traditional roofs in Perth’s summers. With an insulated core (minimum 50 mm), the panels help reduce heat transfer, lowering temperatures under the pergola and creating more comfortable outdoor spaces.
