Tobias Rönnberg Halvorsen, Head of Retail at Alecta Fastigheter, has been elected the new Chairman of NCSC (Nordic Commercial Spaces and Communities) at today's AGM — taking over from acting Chair Annika Schönefeld.

Two new board members were also elected: Maria Hellberg (Rituals, Head of Real Estate and Expansion Manager Nordic Region) and Pia Lynggaard (Commercial Director, Rødovre Centrum) — strengthening NCSC's ties to both retail expansion and shopping center management across the Nordics.

Ingka Group | IKEA is opening its first two compact stores in France — and has plans for 10 more locations over the next three years. The format, roughly a tenth of the size of a classic IKEA store, is designed to slot into retail parks and town centers, offering over a quarter of the IKEA range for immediate pick-up.
