Our 2nd Prize winner of Opening Opportunities: Digital Tech for All! is a powerful reminder that technology can open doors - literally and figuratively.

Braille4UG (Braille For Uganda) is a low-cost, interactive Braille learning device designed to give visually impaired children early access to literacy - and with it, long-term educational opportunity.

As one of our jurors put it:
