This summer was one of the most challenging seasons of my life, yet also filled with moments of joy I’ll never forget. To God be the Glory for the strength, the stamina and for restoring my energy. 🙏🏾😌

A couple of weeks ago, I began navigating some health issues (nothing life-threatening, thank God) and through it I’ve learned the power of slowing down and giving my body the rest it deserves.

What carried me through? My family, my inner circle, the beautiful souls I had the honor of meeting and dancing with and the endless love + feedback I’ve received. You’ve all poured light into me in ways words can’t fully capture and for that, I’m forever grateful. 🫶🏾

I’m slowly but surely regaining my strength and I’m looking forward to moving, inspiring and dancing again.💃🏾💫

Tomorrow, I’ll finally be dropping the DATES, LOCATIONS & BOOKING INFO for my next classes — so please stay tuned! 🙏🏾

For now, I hope your summer 2025 was unforgettable. As we step into this new month, I wish you love, good health and joy. And remember: never stop dancing.
