We've already mentioned our 2021 OKRs. Here's a brief intro into what those actually are.

Have you set your personal OKRs for 2021?

Your time during a day is like an empty vase. How you choose to fill that vase is entirely up to you.

However, if first you focus on a series of minor tasks (sand), that vase is going to be filled up quite quickly and there will be no place left for major objectives (big rocks).

By identifying what your "big rocks" are, you get to fill your vase with as many of them as it fits, and you're still left with enough space for pebbles (short-term goals) and sand (minor tasks).
