My new favourite exercise for glutes and adductors. May i introduce the

By taking out the hamstrings due to bended knees in the lower position, and an outer rotation in your femurs it gives you a special squeeze at your butcheeks and adductors while moving the weight up.
Glutes always have been a weakpoint of mine, so both of my weekly lowerbody routines are overloaded with exercises like that at the moment. Hopefully it will help me getting stronger at other exercises like the squat or deadlift.

3x10 reps with 80kg @7.5
