The art of the highball. 🥃 For Whisky, we invited selected media and influencers to an exclusive evening at .bar – for an intimate, hands-on masterclass in the art of the highball.

Inspired by Tokyo’s izakayas, Toki is all about the ritual of whisky and soda – light, refreshing and endlessly versatile. Guided by brand ambassador .hos.at, guests explored exactly that: mixing their own highball creations with a range of fillers, syrups and garnishes. Japanese snacks, Toki drinks and a bar that stayed open long after the masterclass wrapped – a night that blended craft, curiosity and good company.

And the experience doesn’t stop there – the Toki Highball Signature menu is available across Vienna all summer long at .bar, , .rooftop, , and .

From dough to done. 🍕 For .austria we brought Italy into the kitchen at an exclusive pizza workshop in Vienna – with food blogger and chef guiding media and influencer guests through every step of the perfect homemade pizza.

In two hands-on sessions, guests worked directly with the new Chef XL Pro and the My Pizzeria oven – from kneading, stretching and folding the dough to the moment it hit 400°C and came out crispy on the outside, perfectly soft within. A final finish of olive oil and fresh herbs straight from the oven – just like in Naples.

Guests left with their freshly made dough to take home – and the Chef XL Pro and My Pizzeria arrived at their doors shortly after. Because great pizza deserves the right equipment – and with it, it all comes together beautifully at home.
