Sophie started her boxing journey with us and quickly found a passion that hasn’t stopped growing since. Drawing on her background as an elementary school teacher, she knows exactly how to help you improve while bringing infectious energy to every class.
For Sophie, boxing is more than a workout—it’s a party. Expect motivating beats, positive vibes, and a session that will challenge you, lift you up, and leave you wanting more.

The FAME Boxing Heated Rivalry Special is hard, a little dramatic, and way more fun than any hockey game. The playlist consists of the series soundtracks mixed with tracks that vibe with our boys Rozanov and Hollander.
