U.S. tech giants have participated in a major funding round for a German robotics company focused on humanoid systems.

Neura Robotics’ Series C round, valued at up to $1.4 billion, included investors such as Tether.io, Qualcomm, Amazon, and NVIDIA, alongside European industrial players Bosch and Schaeffler, as well as the European Investment Bank (EIB).

According to a source familiar with the transaction who requested anonymity due to lack of authorization to speak publicly, the company is now valued at approximately $7 billion. Neura Robotics declined to comment on the reported valuation.

Given the company’s current Series C stage, European benchmarks (Q1 2026) for Robotics and AI companies indicate valuation ranges of EV/Sales multiples of 1.54x–3.76x and EV/EBITDA multiples of 10.19x–16.84x.
