An evening of Yin Yoga, guided by Lena, accompanied by live piano by Nina Baš. ( )

Many of you already know Nina from the studio – she has been part of the Helfie group for a while. What you might not know is that she is also an incredible musician, singer and pianist. I’m very excited to share this evening with you. 🕯️
