Tomorrow it's on in Amsterdam.

Yes, there's snow on the ground. Yes, it's cold with traffic disruptions. And yes, we're still doing this.

Thanks to Pic-Time, we're gathering at Social Hub Amsterdam City for a storytelling evening. Show up at 19h, storytelling starts at 20h, we wrap when we wrap, done at 23h.

Here's what we need: photographers or filmmakers willing to share an image and tell the story behind it. Still time to submit.

RSVP if you can (helps us gauge numbers) - but if you show up tomorrow at 19h with ten friends unannounced, that works too. More the merrier.

All eight judges are Imagen ambassadors who've spent years mastering this work themselves. They know what excellence looks like because they've pursued it across hundreds of weddings in dozens of countries.

Here's what happens if you win: May 2026 in Vienna. Your name announced live on stage. A theatre packed with photographers and filmmakers. Real celebration, real recognition, real moment that lasts.

But they can only judge what you actually submit.

Seth Carnill will host the gathering. He's one of those photographers who's been around since the beginning - showing up to Way Up North events year after year since 2016. Amsterdam's his city, and when we started planning this, his name came up first. Some people just understand community, and Seth's one of them.

Thanks to Pic-Time, we're gathering at Social Hub Amsterdam City (The Het Parool Theatre, 19h-23h) for a storytelling evening. Here's what we need: photographers willing to share an image and the story behind it. Project your photo on the big screen, tell us what happened, and give the room something to remember.

We have plenty of people showing up to listen. What we need are more people willing to share. If you've got a photo with a story worth telling, submit it. That's what makes an evening like this work.
