Piknik

DasDas Avlu, designed by Piknik Works and currently under construction, is a spatial transformation project for DasDas Ataşehir that redefines the venue through a series of architectural and programmatic interventions.

The project includes a new facade, restaurants and cafés, an open-air stage, foyer spaces, and the renovation of existing venues. Built with a lightweight steel structure and polycarbonate panels, the new facade strengthens the visibility and identity of DasDas while allowing seasonal adaptability.

Kemal Bey Residence is reimagined within the scope of urban transformation, establishing a refined relationship between residential and commercial spaces, the active street fabric, and the sloped site while foregrounding everyday life. The reconfigured floor plans reclaim corridor spaces for living areas and integrate compact home-office niches within underutilized corners.yapi
