** Due to family obligations, there will be no FB Live Class today. Moving forward, I will be changing the format of QiMove to share videos from my live Zoom Class on Tuesdays. I originally started the FB Live classes as a response to the pandemic, and it has been such an amazing journey to teach and to share the Qigong with you:) I have been thinking of how I can add value to your lives through Qigong, and I have decided that sharing clips from my Zoom classes is the best way to do that. All of you will have the option of joining my live Zoom classes, or catching clips from the class on the Re-Play at your convenience. Thank you so much in advance for your understanding. It has been challenging to balance work / life / & family, and it is necessary for me to make this change. It may take me a couple of weeks to figure out a new work flow, so that I can share the Qigong with you regularly on Tuesdays.
