It’s true… I’m already 60! Sixty wonderful years lived with intensity. šŸ’«

I’ve had the luck of having an incredible family—amazing parents who gave me the joy of living and taught me so much. A loving husband who thinks I’m divine (no idea why šŸ˜„), and kind, intelligent, and caring children with very lovely partnersā¤ļø.

Students who inspired me throughout the years I spent teaching. A true power woman of a boss who discovered the artistic agent in me and hired me. Friends—few, but real. And thousands of followers on social media who inspire and encourage me every day. šŸ’›

A life that has given me the very best, and that I celebrate by loving and taking care of myself as much as I can, so I can keep enjoying being here—on this wonderful planet—and the simple fact of being alive. šŸŒāœØ

Thank you so much for all your birthday wishes. Even though social media is often criticized, I believe it brings us warmth and brings us closer together—and I’m so happy to have all of you there. šŸ¤

I had the honor of being invited to present my experience as an agent and producer in Asia at the Opera Asia Inaugural Summit in Singapore (24–27 April 2026), contributing to an inspiring exchange with leading voices from across the region.

Opera Asia held its inaugural summit in Singapore from 24 to 27 April 2026, gathering opera leaders, educators, producers and key cultural figures from across Asia and internationally for four days of dialogue, collaboration and strategic exchange.

Under the theme ā€œTowards a Shared Operatic Future,ā€ the summit focused on co-productions, artist development and audience engagement in a rapidly evolving region. The event marked an important milestone for the newly established Singapore-based non-profit as it continues to build a more connected and dynamic operatic network across Asia.

The closed-door session on 24 April 2026 at Wyndham Singapore Hotel brought together representatives from leading Asia-Pacific organisations such as Singapore Lyric Opera, Kuala Lumpur City Opera, Tokyo Nikikai Opera Foundation, Hong Kong Grand Opera, New National Theatre Tokyo, Bel Canto Opera Philippines, New Zealand Opera, State Opera South Australia, Opera Queensland and Opera Australia, along with invited participants from Yong Siew Toh Conservatory, Mahidol University and Chinese University of Hong Kong - Shenzhen.
Guest contributors included Marc A. Scorca (President Emeritus of Opera America), André Bücker (Theater Augsburg), Peter Edelmann (Theater Klosterneuburg) and Sylvia Saavedra Edelmann (Sono Artists), who had the honor of participating in this landmark gathering.

The future of opera in Asia feels more vibrant and promising than ever, and I am truly happy to witness how this continent is shaping the next chapter of the art form—driven by the passion and dedication of its producers and artists. šŸŽāœØ

Congratulations to all the orgnizators specially to and the whole team of .asia

For my 60th birthday, I gave myself the gift of running my very first half marathon.

I’ve been running for 25 years, but somehow I had never taken part in an actual race. Today, that changed — and I honestly can’t put into words how happy I feel.

I’m so proud of the discipline it took to stay consistent all these years. And the feeling after those first kilometers, overtaking runners much younger than me… just incredible.

No cramps, no pain, and I didn’t stop running for a single moment. None of this would have been possible without the amazing marathon organization — the water, bananas, music — and especially the spectators cheering us on by name. That energy meant everything.

Thank you all! šŸ™šŸ½āœØ
