Do you struggle with brain fog? 🧠

It’s probably not what you think it is...

As a health and performance coach, one of the most common complaints clients come to me with is brain fog.

That means lack of focus and mental clarity.

If you’re a business owner, this is a big problem because your brain power is one of your most important assets 📈

Remedies for brain fog go from basic diets and workouts to extreme multi-day fasts and Ayahuasca retreats in the Amazon rain forest (maybe a tad extreme, but hey nobody’s judging...)

Anyhow, by the time clients have come to me they’ve tried pretty much everything...

Carnivore diet, 75hard, CrossFit, and so on.

And the story is always the same.

They experience a temporary burst of energy and then they go back to feeling lousy 🤒

Plus, who wants to kill themselves every day just to feel ‘normal’?

But one area these individuals rarely look at, if ever, is toxicity...

I’m talking mould, heavy metals, and endocrine-disrupting chemicals like glyphosate.

And no, you don’t have to work in a factory, on a farm, or live in a damp house to be exposed to these toxins.

You’d be amazed how common heavy metal poisoning is, for example 👾

Just the other day I looked at a client’s test results and his arsenic levels were off the charts.

I was curious, so I dug deeper and, sure enough, we discovered that the groundwater in his area was known to have high levels of arsenic.

And guess what?

Mold, heavy metals, and environmental toxins can all cause brain fog 🤯

Actually, they can also cause other symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, and stomach upset.

Another day at my new gym yesterday.

Over the past several months, my workouts have been almost exclusively bodyweight and resistance bands.

If anything, I’ve gained size and developed more athleticism.

Plus, training outside in the Mediterranean sunshine in the south of France makes for a nice change.

Gyms are closed here anyhow, and you won’t catch me wearing a mask to train...

I used to be a massive skeptic of bodyweight training and thought you couldn’t build muscle from it.

My experience has taught me nothing could be further from the truth.

You see, most people perform bodyweight exercises for reps...

As opposed to slowing down the tempo and focusing on muscle fibre contraction, which is what will really change your physique.

Now, I’m still a gym bro at heart, so I love lifting weights.

But, if you pair bodyweight training with your normal weight work, I believe you’ll see a big difference both in how your body feels and your results.
