Workshop „Floating - Connecting & Freezing“ mit 💞

In this workshop, we will approach another time a technical part of breaking—this time, we will explore some ground freezes. The aim is to learn techniques to connect three different positions that are close to the ground but still somehow floating in the air: Shoulder, Baby, and Turtle freeze. We will take a closer look at how to get comfortable getting in those positions , changing them, playing around, dancing with our feet in the air, and finding new shapes. All the exercises are also a great preparation to get closer to the powermove Windmill, or to fine-tune your Windmill and make it even more beautiful.
 
The exercises we will do are inspired by different people I’ve shared workshops and sessions with, such as Bgirl Angela from Earth, Wind & Flavour Crew, Bgirl Dora from Recognice Crew, Bgirl Movie One from Lunaticks and Fleurs de l’Hombre, as well as from my first teachers from MOT Crew.
