MPREIS und Wohnen Volders | MPREIS and Residential Volders

In zweiter Reihe zur Landesstraße ist in Volders ein neuer MPREIS Supermarkt mit einem darüberliegenden Wohnbau entstanden. Der Neubau löst eine bestehende Filiale ab und ergänzt an diesem Standort nicht nur ein neues Baguette Café und eine Tiefgarage, sondern darüber hinaus einen dreigeschoßigen Wohnbau mit 16 Wohnungen, wobei die Wohnungen im obersten Geschoß als betreutes Wohnen speziell älteren Menschen mit erhöhtem Pflegeanspruch zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Ressourcenschonendes Bauen bedeutet im alpinen Raum vor allem flächenschonendes Bauen. Angesichts der Bodenknappheit und steigender Grundstückspreise erscheint die vertikale Mehrfachnutzung sinnvoll, ist in Tirol aber noch eine Neuheit. Deshalb ist der MPREIS Volders der erste neugebaute Supermarkt, der das Marktdach für eine zusätzliche Nutzung ausbildet.

Wie fast alle neuen Supermärkte der Firma MPREIS wurde auch der MPREIS Volders gemeinsam mit dem Wohnbau als Passivhaus konzipiert.

In the second row to the state road, a new MPREIS supermarket has been built in Volders with a residential building above it. The new building replaces an existing branch and not only adds a new Baguette Café and an underground car park at this location, but also a three-storey residential building with 16 apartments, with the apartments on the top floor being made available as assisted living, especially for older people with increased care requirements.

In the Alpine region, resource-saving construction means above all space-saving construction. In view of the scarcity of land and rising land prices, vertical multiple use makes sense, but is still a novelty in Tyrol. That is why the MPREIS Volders is the first newly built supermarket that develops the market roof for additional use.

Like almost all new MPREIS supermarkets, the MPREIS Volders was designed together with the residential building as a passive house.

We are delighted that our project MPREIS Weer has been nominated as a finalist for the Passivhausaward 2021.

Passivhausaward 2021 | Finalist Der Passivhausaward zeichnet international energieeffiziente Gebäude aus. Wir freuen uns, dass unser Projekt MPREIS Weer beim Passivhausaward 2021 als Finalist nominiert ist. Die Preisverleihung findet am 10. September in der historischen Stadthalle Wuppertal statt.

Wir freuen uns, dass unser Projet MPREIS Weer beim AIT-Award 2020 in der Kategorie "Retail / Messe" eine Auszeichnung erhalten hat.

Der MPREIS Weer verwebt einen Lebensmittelmarkt mit der umgebenden Landschaft und thematisiert dadruch die Herkunft und Qualität von Lebensmitteln. Der örtliche Kontext und seine landschaftlichen Elemente wie Felder, Bäume oder Gras werden in sowohl natürlicher als auch in künstlicher Form gestalt- und raumbildend übersetzt.

We are pleased that our project MPREIS Weer has been awarded a Honorable Mention at the AIT-Awards 2020 in the category "Retail / Trade Fair".

At MPREIS Weer a food market is woven into the surrounding landscape as a way of focussing on the origins and the quality of the produce. The local context and landscape features such as fields, trees and grass are translated into surface and space with the help of both natural and man-made techniques.
