🏃 If you're training for an Ironman or other triathlon, it's important to make sure that your training is balanced. You don't want to focus on one aspect of your fitness at the expense of others—your body needs strength, endurance and flexibility no matter what type of race you'll be participating in.
🏊♀️ It's important to remember that the best way to achieve balance is by taking care of yourself externally as well as internally. By eating right and getting enough sleep, you'll find it easier to stay focused on your goals while maintaining your mental health as well.
