Job Brief:

As a Technical Writer, you will be creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and specifications. You'll collaborate closely with Design engineers, Verification teams, and Product Managers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the content.

Responsibilities:

✍️ Create and update technical documents: Specifications, User Manuals, Guides, Quick References
✍️ Conduct in-depth research on industry topics
✍️ Edit and polish existing documentation for readability and consistency
✍️ Ensure content standardization and accuracy
✍️ Participate in creating internal procedures and process guides

Required Qualifications:

🎯 Degree in English, IT, or Engineering
🎯 5+ years of experience in IT or relevant technology fields
🎯 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
🎯 Accuracy and strong attention to detail
🎯 Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
🎯 Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA; Confluence) or similar content writing tools
🎯 Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, and charts that increase user’s understanding
🎯️ Knowledge of Hardware Development life-cycle is a huge plus
🎯 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
🎯 Willingness to learn new tools and skills
