«Այս կոնցեպտի մասին դեռ տարիներ առաջ էի լսել, ու հանկարծ մի օր DIVE-ի թիմում լինելու առաջարկ ստացա: Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ աշխատում եմ այստեղ հաճելի մարդկանց հետ և հրաշալի մթնոլորտում:»

Ռուզաննան առաջին մասնագիտությամբ հոգեբան է:

Չնայած տեսողության բացակայությանը, իր կազմակերպչական և առաջնորդի հատկանիշներն օգնում են իրեն թե՛ DIVE-ի աշխատանքներում, թե՛ իր սիրելի զբաղմունքներում ինչպիսիք են լեռնագնացությունը, showdown-ը (սեղանի թեննիս), որտեղ նա թիմի ավագն է և բազում անգամներ նվաճել է առաջին տեղը:

“Years ago, I became aware of this concept, and to my surprise, one day I received an invitation to join the DIVE team. It brings me great joy to work here in a pleasant environment alongside kind colleagues.”

Ruzanna's background as a psychologist is complemented by her organizational and leadership skills, which she employs not only in her work at DIVE but also in her favorite pastimes such as mountain climbing and playing showdown (table tennis) despite the absence of vision. As the team captain, she has achieved first place many times.

Christina, one of the DIVE’s guides, plays an important role in assisting our guests and navigating through the darkness with greater efficiency and ease.
Her passion for crafts, sports, and hiking adds an extra layer of excitement to working alongside new and already beloved team members and guests.
