Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան Համալսարանի (AUA) Եռանկյունաձև այգում գտնվող նոր մասնաշենքի՝ սպորտային դահլիճի աշխատանքներն ավարտված են, որն ամբողջ մակերեսով գտնվում է այգու ստորգետնյա հատվածում։ Շուտով նաև կներկայացնենք այգու ամբողջ տեսքը։
Պրոյեկտը ունի տեխնիկապես բարդ կառուցվածք, որը ներառում է հողային աշխատանքների, երկաթբետոնե կոնստրուկցիաների, հենապատային լուծումների և ջրամեկուսացման աշխատանքների միջոցով, հաշվի առնելով բարդ դիրքը, մակարդակների տարբերությունները և բեռնվածքային պահանջները։ Զուգահեռաբար իրականացվել են բարձր մակարդակի ինժեներական համակարգեր և ստորգետնյա ենթակառուցվածքներ, ներառելով ավտոմատացված ոռոգման ցանց, էլեկտրամատակարարման, ջրահեռացման, անվտանգության, ցածր լարման, օդափոխության, ջեռուցման և սառեցման համակարգեր, ինչպես նաև վերգետնյա համակարգերի ինտեգրում։
Բոլոր աշխատանքները կատարվել են բարձր որակի նյութերով՝ յուրաքանչյուր փուլում խիստ տեխնիկական վերահսկողությամբ՝ ապահովելու դիմացկունություն, արդյունավետություն և համակարգերի երկարաժամկետ հուսալիություն։

The construction works of the new building — the sports facility located under the Triangle Park park of the American University of Armenia (AUA) — have been completed. The structure is fully positioned within the underground section of the park. We will soon present the complete view of the park as well.

The project features a technically complex structure, incorporating extensive earthworks, reinforced concrete systems, retaining wall solutions, and waterproofing works, all executed in consideration of challenging site conditions, level differences, and structural load requirements. In parallel, advanced engineering systems and underground infrastructure have been implemented, including an automated irrigation sustem, power supply, drainage, security, low-current systems, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, as well as the integration of external elements.

All works have been carried out using high-quality materials, with strict technical supervision at every stage to ensure durability, efficiency, and the long-term reliability of all systems.

Our scope covered architectural and interior design, electrical and low-current systems, HVAC engineering, as well as bespoke furniture design and production drawings — all delivered as one coordinated solution.
