📚 Էլենն ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի բակալավրիատը և ներկայումս շարունակում է ուսումը Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի մագիստրատուրայում։

⚖️ Մինչ մեր թիմին միանալը, Էլենը զգալի մասնագիտական փորձ է ձեռք բերել՝ որպես ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Օրենսդրության զարգացման կենտրոն հիմնադրամի փորձագետ։ Այս ընթացքում նա ակտիվորեն ներգրավված է եղել օրենսդրության կատարելագործման, իրավական ակտերի նախագծման, դրանց վերլուծության գործընթացներին՝ ամրապնդելով իր մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու վերլուծական կարողությունները։

📚 Elen holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Yerevan State University and is currently pursuing her master's degree at the American University of Armenia's LL.M. program.

⚖️ Before joining our team, Elen gained significant professional experience as an expert at the Centre for Legislation Development Foundation of the Ministry of Justice. Her work involved deep engagement in legislative improvement, as well as the thorough drafting and analysis of legal instruments — experience that has provided a strong foundation for her professional expertise and analytical proficiency.

On 1 August 2025, a group of Armenian legal professionals in Armenia and the diaspora came together to establish the Steering Committee of Young AMCA—a platform dedicated to youth engagement, professional growth, and international dialogue in the field of arbitration and mediation. Young AMCA aims to:

• Foster youth participation in ADR
• Promote Armenia–diaspora legal cooperation;
• Build international partnerships;
• Offer training, mentoring, and networking opportunities;
• Represent Armenia’s emerging ADR community on the global stage.
Steering Committee Members:
• Members – Pia Tavidian (Coordinator), Shushanik Ghukasyan, Marlena Harutyunyan, Sona Tsaturyan, Lilit Gabrielyan, Harout Ekmanian.

🔍 Սնանկության նոր օրենսգրքի նախագիծը նախատեսում է կարևոր բարեփոխումներ, այդ թվում՝ սնանկության կանխարգելման մեխանիզմներ, պարզեցված ընթացակարգեր գերփոքր ձեռնարկությունների համար, անդրսահմանային սնանկության հարաբերությունները կարգավորող դրույթներ:

⚖️ Սնանկության նոր օրենսգրքի նախագիծը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում խուսափել լուծարումից՝ ըստ պարտատերերի դասերի ֆինանսական առողջացման ծրագրի քվեարկության, ինչպես նաև դատարանի կողմից ֆինանսական առողջացման ծրագրի պարտադրման («cram-down») միջոցով և սահմանում է համապարփակ կարգավորումներ ինչպես ընթացակարգային, այնպես էլ նյութական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման նպատակով:

📍 From May 5–8, Sigma Law Group’s Managing Partner Rafik Grigoryan, Partner Lilit Gabrielyan, and Associate Hermine Aslanyan took part in targeted working discussions on Armenia’s new Insolvency Draft Code. The discussions gathered key stakeholders—judges, representatives of financial institutions, notaries, bankruptcy administrators, and legal professionals—to review and refine the proposed framework.

🤝 Our firm’s experts made instrumental contributions to the drafting of the Code, demonstrating Sigma Law Group’s commitment to strengthening Armenia’s legal system. The new Insolvency Draft Code introduces critical reforms, including prevention mechanisms, simplified procedures for small businesses, and strengthened cross-border insolvency provisions. It enables debtors to avoid liquidation through class-based creditor voting and cram-down procedures, introduces distinct criteria for individuals and legal entities, and establishes a unified framework governing both procedural and substantive aspects of insolvency.
