We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR/Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior HR/Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various recruitment and human resources activities.🤗

Responsibilities

-Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting initial phone screenings.
-Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview details and feedback.
-Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements for open positions.
-Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
-Provide administrative support to the HR team.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
-Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in Armenia.
-Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
-A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
