Why does fear make you sick?

No one is free from fear, just some people experience it to a greater extent than others. This is most often due to innate personality traits and their influence on the degree of emotional stability, from nurturing and developing new traits in oneself and the ability to cope with fears.

I think everyone knows the symptoms of fear:

❗ elevated blood pressure.
❗ excessive sweating.
❗ rapid heartbeat⠀⠀
❗ nausea
❗ urge to p*e
❗ weakness

But mostly through ignorance, a person becomes afraid of these reactions: rapid heart rate, high blood pressure - is there something wrong with his heart? In other words, a person unconsciously increases his fear.

How does our body react to this:

🩸 Adrenaline is released into the bloodstream.
🩸Adrenaline constricts the blood vessels, which means all the blood starts flowing to the brain.⠀
🩸A vasospasm of all organs and tissues occurs.

As a rule, those who are in a constant state of fear or anxiety chronically feel discomfort, fatigue, lack of strength or even pain. And this happens because some organ simply lacks a normal blood supply, so the pain begins.

The most important thing to remember about fear is that this feeling does not go away for the body. Sooner or later everyone will have to face their fears if we don't want them to "take over" our body. And it is better, without running away from them, to face our fears as prepared as possible and consciously work through them in ourselves, revealing new facets of our lives.

Don't think about bad things and take care of yourself!
