🔹 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
QWALLITY is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Trainer to join the QWALLITY trainers team.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality training sessions, mentor students, and share real-world QA expertise across Manual, Automation, and AI-based testing.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Deliver QA training sessions (Manual, Automation, API, Performance, AI in QA)
Design and improve training materials, course content, and assignments
Mentor and guide students throughout the program
Conduct hands-on workshops and real project simulations
Review assignments, provide feedback, and track progress
Share best practices and real industry experience
Prepare students for the job market (CVs, mock interviews)
Collaborate with the QWALLITY team to enhance training quality

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
- Hands-on experience with:
Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, UAT)
Test Automation (Python + Selenium)
API Testing (Postman / Python)
Database Testing (SQL)
Performance Testing (JMeter or similar)
- Experience working with or building automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Git
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools/models in QA
- English level: B1+ (Intermediate or higher)

🔹 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training
Experience in AI-based testing / prompt engineering
Experience in QA process setup and strategy

🔹 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented with a positive mindset
