Mane Foundation supported the International Conference on Economy, Business, Innovation, and Technology (ICEBIT 2025), organized by the Fakulteti i Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Tiranës. The conference brought together academics, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss how innovation and digital transformation are shaping modern economies. Elvin Nosi, HR Director of BALFIN Group, highlighted the importance of stronger cooperation between universities and businesses, and the need to prepare students with practical skills that match today’s job market.

Through internships, employment programs, and entrepreneurship support, we aim to help students gain real work experience and grow professionally.
