🌊 Celebrating the Successful Completion of the TRUE BLUE Project in Trieste!
Today marks the final event of the TRUE BLUE project: “CEI support to and to Unlock and Enhance the potential of for regional cooperation and ”.
As a proud partner from Albania, InSET (Institute for Sustainable Development, Environment and Tourism) is honoured to have contributed to this journey. Throughout this project, we have focused on transferring vital and to public administrations in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, preparing them for a sustainable future in the blue economy.
During today’s sessions at Trieste, April 2026, InSET joined partners to discuss the challenges and priorities for in the region. We also explored the future of and building new synergies for and in the .
We extend our gratitude to our lead partner, the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics - OGS, and our collaborators at IOR, EMUNI, and the Central European Initiative (CEI) for their dedication to regional cooperation.
The project may be closing, but the blue economy's potential for our region is just beginning to be unlocked!

🌟 Gratë drejtojnë ndryshimin rural! 🌟
Një iniciativë e InSET (Instituti për Zhvillimin e Qëndrueshëm, Mjedisin dhe Turizmin) synon fuqizimin e grave në agroturizëm dhe agrobiznes. Në vijim të projektit SMILE, gjatë muajve mars dhe prill 2026, fokusi u ndal në dy qytete kyçe:
📍 GJIROKASTËR (Mars 2026): Në muajin mars, në ambientet e “YES innovation Academy”, u zhvillua workshopi "Fuqizimi përmes edukimit sipërmarrës dhe inovacionit në agroturizëm". Rrugëtimi filloi në Gjirokastrën turistike, duke u fokusuar në zhvillimin e aftësive që bëjnë diferencën në tregun e sotëm.
📍 VLORË (Prill 2026): Në ambientet e Hotel Regina Garden, vijoi rrugëtimi i projektit duke zhvilluar workshopin "Fuqizimi përmes edukimit sipërmarrës dhe inovacionit në agroturizëm". Ky takim shërbeu si një platformë për të mbështetur gratë dhe vajzat që drejtojnë biznese familjare apo synojnë të nisin një sipërmarrje të re në këtë sektor strategjik, si dhe me përfaqësuese të rëndësishme të vajzave dhe grave në komunitetin e biznesit dhe institucioneve lokale të lidhura me këtë sektor.
Çfarë synuam përmes këtyre trajnimeve?
✅ Zhvillimin e aftësive sipërmarrëse dhe digjitale.
✅ Rritjen e kapaciteteve financiare dhe njohjen me format e financimit të biznesit.
✅ Inovacionin si mjet për të arritur suksesin në botën moderne digjitale.
Ky projekt është i dedikuar për çdo grua që me përkushtim kontribuon në zhvillimin e mjedisit rural dhe turizmit në Shqipëri. Së bashku po ndërtojmë një të ardhme më të fortë! 🌱

🌟 Women Lead Rural Change! 🌟
We are proud to share our journey through the SMILE project, an InSET (Institute for Sustainable Development, Environment and Tourism) initiative aimed at empowering women in agrotourism and agribusiness. During March and April 2026, our workshops took place in two key cities:
📍 GJIROKASTËR (March 2026): Our journey started in Gjirokastër, in “YES innovation Academy”, focusing on developing the skills that make a difference in today's market.
📍 VLORË (April 2026): On April 2026, we continued at Hotel Regina Garden, and InSET held the workshop "Empowerment through entrepreneurial education and innovation in agrotourism". This meeting served as a platform to support women and girls managing family businesses or aspiring to start a new venture in this strategic sector, as well as important representatives of women in the business community and institutions related with this sector.
What did we aim to achieve through these trainings?
✅ Development of entrepreneurial and digital skills.
✅ Increasing financial capacities and learning about business financing options.
✅ Using innovation as a tool to achieve success in today's digital world.
This project is dedicated to every woman who contributes with dedication to the development of the rural environment and tourism in Albania. Together, we are building a stronger and more sustainable future! 🌱
