We are searching for : Social Media Manager

Tasks:
-Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and adapting content to suit different channels
-Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns
monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
-Set targets to increase customer engagement
-Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives
-Manage a budget for social media activities

Requirements:
-Bachelor on Communication or equivalent
-At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
-Must have good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
-Must have the ability to work independently
-Good organizational skills
-Full time remotely
