As a biologist nutritionist engaged in food and health education, I see this as a valuable opportunity to highlight the need to introduce food and health education as a mandatory subject at every level of pre-university education, starting from pre-school.

EIT Food offers a dedicated space for food educators, providing well-structured resources that can help both educators and parents engage young people in healthier habits and greater environmental awareness.
