In recent years, the role of Albanian women in business and entrepreneurship has grown significantly, both in Albania and across the diaspora. More and more women are building companies, leading teams, and actively contributing to the economic development of their communities.

Despite this progress, the path toward leadership is not always easy. Many professionals still face challenges related to access to professional networks, lack of support, and building authority in the business world.

Within this context, the Albanian Women in Leadership Summit will take place on May 30 (5:00 PM – 9:30 PM) in Beverly, Massachusetts (USA), at the Albanian Boston Community Center. The event will bring together entrepreneurs, professionals, and members of the Albanian diaspora from different US states.

Among the main speakers will be Marsilda Bialczak, entrepreneur and business mentor who has long been committed to strengthening the Albanian entrepreneurial community abroad.

As Assecomm, we support initiatives that promote networking, female leadership, and cooperation among Albanian professionals worldwide.
