توانمند سازی استاد جهت تحریک استعداد شاگردان غرض دریافت نوآوری، ابتکار، خلاقیت، جرائت و اعتماد به نفس آنها.

تشبث اتکا به خود، خوداشتغالی، توانمندسازی اجتماعی-اقتصادی را از طریق برنامه کارآفرینی شامل نوآوری، خلاقیت، تغییرات پایدار می آموزد که این آموزش استادان تشبث را قادر می سازد آموزش دهند و چگونه به بهترین نحو به شا\ردان خود بیاموزند و این مسئولیت خلاقانه و اعتماد به نفس آنها را افزایش دهند.

TASHABOS STUDENT ENTREPRENEURS’ PRODUCT EXHIBITION AT KHAWAJA ABDULLAH ANSARI BOYS’ HIGH SCHOOL
Khawaja Abdullah Ansari Boys’ High School is one of the Tashabos active schools in the program in Kabul city, the students of this school actively participate in Tashabos program activities. To reveal the students’ talents, TEO and school administration jointly organized student’s product exhibition in this school on Nov 10, 2024 at school yard.
In this exhibition, second District Educational Director Mr. Abdul Rahman Haqanni, School Principal Mr. Rahimullah Rahil, School Vice-Principal, teachers and 37 entrepreneur’s students participated. During the exhibitions, the film crew of the National Radio Television and Marif Radio Television arrived at the school filmed the exhibition, interviewed TEO Director and students about the Tashabos program activities, purposes of exhibition and students’ products and creativities.
The exhibition started with recitation of few verses of the Holy Quran by one of the participants. The school principal welcomed all participants and he expressed his happiness that such employment creation opportunities are provided to the students. He mentioned that young generation need inspiration that must be encouraged for further improvement.
TEO Director Mr. Fazel Rabi Haqbeen Speech “Greetings! Today I am very happy that I see my-self among the talented youths, we are happy that with the cooperation of Ministry of Education leadership, Kabul City Educational Directorate, and the School Administration this opportunity paves the ground for the talents’ show. Talent is a gift of Almighty Allah that need motivation. Almighty Allah pointed in the various verses of the Holy Quran about gaining of Halal income and about consideration of business ethics in our work. You are not less than those who make innovations in the world instead you are better than them as we are followers of a comprehensive Islam. Take steps forward to be proud of Islamic world, our talents must improve in all sectors so then we can be self-sufficient”
After opening speeches, all of the participants jointly visited the exhibitions and they discussed with each student entrepreneurs about the role of Tashabos program, their budget, marketing, their future plans and other relevant subjects to their businesses. The visitors encouraged students to work for professionalizing and improvement of their small enterprises.
PRODUCTS AND SALES
The displayed products in this exhibition were; electrical and gas accessories, mobiles, pots, drinks and energy, blanket, carpet, sanitary materials, kids play-things, men cloths, bead woven decoration items, sandals, money exchange service, bee, handicrafts, eye-glasses, boards and other innovative items made of basic materials.
Some of the visitor purchased products of the students. The National Radio and Television of Afghanistan (RTA) and Maaref RTV broadcasted the exhibition.
It is mentionable that Tashabos Program Officer Mr. Ahmad Shakieb Fayzi, Tashabos Teacher in Ansari BHS Mr. Mohammad Hamid Hemat and three Tashabos students of Ansari high school were invited to the Marif Radio Television for the next day and attended the morning live program of Marif Radio Television, they discussed and presented Tashabos program activities, achievements, importance of the program and students related innovations and creativities.
TEO OBSERVATIONS
TEO observed that all students, who exhibited their products, they learned how to market them to the customers. The exhibitions and the visitors encouraged the young students-entrepreneurs. All the schools’ communities participated in these exhibitions. The visitors from the related educational departments inspired and motivated the students.
The exhibition enabled students to learn how to market and sell their products to customers. To indicate the exhibitions of the student-entrepreneurs’ products were beneficial and useful,

په ۲۰ نیټه د ښوونځی په صحن کی په لاره واچول شو.
په دغه نندارتون کی د دوهمی ښوونیزی حوزی آمر ښاغلی عبدالرحمن حقانی، د ښوونځی مدیر ښاغلی رحیم الله راحل، د ښوونځی معاون، ښوونکو او ۳۷ تنه متشبثو زده کوونکو ګډون درلود. د نندراتون په لړ کی د ملی رادیو تلویزیون او معارف رادیو تلویزیون استازو هم ګډون در لود او د مؤسسی له استازو او زده کوونکو سره یی د تشبث برنامی د فعالیتونو، د نندارتون موخو او د زده کوونکو د نوښتونو په هکله مرکی ترسره کړی.
نندارتون د قرآن کریم د څو مبارکو آیتونو په تلاوت سره پیل شو. د لیسی مدیر صاحب ټولو ګډونوالو ته ښه راغلاست وویل، نوموړی خوښی وښوده چی د ځوان نسل لپاره داسی د کارموندنی برنامی جوړیږی. نوموړی یادونه وکړه چی ځوانان هڅونی ته اړتیا لری چی باید د پرمختګ لپاره وهڅول شی.
د تشبث ښوونیزی او روزنیزی مؤسسی د رییس ښاغلی فضل ربی حقبین وینا ” السلام علیکم و رحمة الله و برکاته! د خوښی ځای دی چی نن د با استعداده ځوانانو تر منځ یو، همدارنګه د خوشحالی ځای دی چی د پوهنی وزارت، کابل ښار د پوهنی ریاست او د لیسی د مدیریت په همکاری د استعدادونو د ښکاره کولو فرصت برابر شوی دی. استعداد هغه الهی ورکړه ده چی تحرک ته اړتیا لری. د کلام الله په ګڼو آیتونو کی د حلالی روزی ګټلو باندی تاکید شوی دی او دا چی مونږ باید په خپل کاروبار کی تجاری اخلاق په پام کی و نیسو. تاسی له هغو کسانو چی په دنیا کی یی ابتکارات کړی کم نه یاست بلکه غوره یاست ځکه د جامع دین اسلام پیروان یو. تاسو قدم واخلی ترڅو د اسلامی نړی د افتخار سبب وګرزی، زمونږ استعدادونه باید په هره رشته کی رشد وکړی ترڅو ځان بسیاتوب ته ورسیږو “
له پرانیستونکو ویناوو څخه وروسته، ټولو ګډونوالو په ګډه سره د زده کوونکو د تولیداتو له نندارتون لیدنه وکړه. ګډونوالو له هر متشبث زده کوونکی سره د تشبث برنامی د ونډی، د دوی پانګی، بازار موندنی، راتلونکو پلانونو او داسی نورو اړونده موضوعاتو په هکله خبری وکړی او دوی یی وهڅول ترڅو د خپل کاروبار د لا پرمختګ او مسلکی والی په موخه زیار وباسی.
په نندارتون کی ننداری ته وړاندی شوی تولیدات عبارت وو له: برقی او ګازی وسایل، موبایلونه، چینی لوښی، نوشابه باب او انرژی، کمپلی، قالین، بهداشتی مواد، د کوچنیانو د لوبو وسایل، د کالیو تکه، د مریو څخه جوړ شوی زینتی شیان، څپلی، د صرافی خدمات، بایسکل، شات، لاسی صنایع، عینکی، تابلو او نور له ابتدایی وسایلو جوړ شوی جالب شیان.
د یادونی وړ ده چی د تشبث برنامی د فعالیتونو اړوند او د مبتکرو زده کوونکو د لاسته راوړنو په هکله د ملی رادیو او تلویزون او معارف رادیو تلویزیون راپورونه خپاره کړل او په بله ورځ د معارف سهار ژوندی خپرونه کی د تشبث برنامی مدیر ښاغلی احمد شکیب فیضی، د انصاری لیسی د تشبث ښوونکی ښاغلی محمد حامد همت او د دغه لیسی دری تنه زده کوونکو مرکی درلودی چی په یاده برنامه کی د مؤسسی د فعالیتونو او د تشبث د ارزښت په هکله خبری وشوی.
