مراقبت های محترمانه مادری اعتماد و ارتباط باز بین زنان و کارمندان که مراقبت های صحی را ارائه میکنندرا تقویت می کند. که در نتیجه منجر به نتایج بهتر، بهبود رضایت از مراقبت و افزایش اعتماد به سیستم مراقبت های صحی میشود.

برنامه افتتاح Skill lab

اتحادیه قابله های افغان به کمک مالی و تخنیکی MSH/FTAT پروجکت مرکز تطبیقات قابلګی را در دفتر اتحادیه قابله های افغان با اشتراک نماینده های وزارت صحت عامه ،ریاست صحت عامه کابل ،نماینده شورای قابله هاو نرسها افغانستان ، نماینده انستیتوت بوهاند غضنفر ،نماینده دیپارتمنت قابلګی پوهنتون طبی کابل ، نماینده های پروګرام MSH/AFIAT تمویل کننده های مالی و ادارات همکار را افتتاح نمود.
این یک مرکز مهم برای توسعه و بهبود مسلک قابلګی است. این مرکز به عنوان یک مرجع تخصصی برای تطبیق و توسعه مهارت های قابلګی شناخته شده است. این مرکز به قابله ها کمک می کند تا با توجه به نیازهای محلی، مهارت های خود را بهبود بخشند و با استفاده از وسایل و مودیول های جدید، به روز رسانی کنند. این مرکز به عنوان یک مرجع تخصصی، به قابله ها کمک می کند تا بهترین شیوه های تمرینی و آموزشی را دریافت کنند.

The Afghan Midwives Association, with the financial and technical support of MSH/AFIAT, inaugurated the Midwifery Skill lab at the Afghan Midwives Association office, with participation of representatives from the Ministry of Public Health, Kabul Directorate of Public Health, Afghan Midwives and Nurses Council, Ghazanfar Institute, Kabul Medical University's Midwifery Department, and MSH/AFIAT team ,the AMA program donors and partner agencies.

Midwifery Skill lab is an important center for the development and improvement of the midwifery profession. The center is recognized as a specialized resource for adaptation and skills development in midwifery. It helps midwives to enhance their skills based on local needs and update them with new tools and modules. As a specialized resource, the center assists midwives in receiving the best training and educational practices.

The Afghan Midwives Association launched the state of Afghanistan Midwifery 2021 report with financial support of UNFPA.

The state of the world's Midwifery 2021 (SoWMy 2021) provides an updated, evidence-based and detailed analysis of the present progress and challenges to deliver adequate coverage and quality of midwives and Midwifery services.
The report was launched virtually on 5 May 2021.
Describe the health workforce challenges and provides an example of initiatives to improve access for women, newborns, and adolescents in humanitarian and fragile settings applicable in Afghanistan.

The Afghanistan report will serve as a reliable evidence-based source for the donor community, partners, and policymakers to further improve the Midwifery program from different perspectives.
