Really excited to have helped launch thirty young startups into the market in Kabul, the majority provide IT/ITeS. This is following a four-month-long business incubation program under our Startups Afghanistan's Bright Future Program (BFP) Track 4. The startups received support, competencies, and skills to be successful in the Afghan market.

The BFP Incubation Track 4 is part of a larger program called the Bright Future with the consortium partners being Cordaid, ASARA, Bayat Foundation, Hamidah Barmaki Organization for the Rule of Law, Civic, and CrossWise Works.

We would like to thank our mentors and our staff for their outstanding work and congratulate the startups for completing the program, wishing them all the success in the market.

We successfully inaugurated our Bright Future Incubation Track IV today in Kabul. Bright Future is a Dutch Government supported program that aims to help young people start, develop and sustain their own startup companies. This track of the program focuses on information technology (IT) and information technology enabled services (ITeS) startups. Managed under TechNation’s Startup Afghanistan Program, this incubation track will graduate at least 25 out of the 75 recruited startup founders by the end of the program.

Over 100 senior and early-stage entrepreneurs, leaders from the civil society and government officials attended the ceremony today.

This incubation track is implemented in partnership with: Cordaid Afghanistan, ASARA, Bayat Foundation - Nourishing the Lives of Afghans, Civic, 1% Club and Hamida Barmaki Organization for the Rule of Law.
