The Heavy Shadow of Ex*****on Over Citizens

Under Article 14 of the new "Criminal Procedure Code for Courts", the death penalty is authorised in eleven different instances. In courts where individuals lack the right to legal counsel , this widespread use of death sentences is nothing but the legalisation of mass murder and arbitrary executions.

د نوې «جزایي اصولنامې» د ۱۴مې مادې له مخې، په ۱۱ بېلابېلو مواردو کې د اعدام سزا روا ګڼل شوې ده. په هغو محکمو کې چې وګړي د خپلواک مدافع وکیل د درلودلو حق نلري، د مرګ د احکامو دا پراختیا، د عام‌ وژنې او خپلسرو اعدامونو د قانوني کولو پرته بل څه نه دي.

Class Apartheid in the New Law!

Under the new "Criminal Procedure Code", society is officially divided into 4 hierarchical classes: clergy, elite, middle, and lower class. Different punishments are assigned for the same offence based on an individual's social class.
