1. Be courteous, polite and flexible.
2. Be cheerful and good humoured.
3. Think before you speak.
4. Show interest in others.
5. Don't argue unnecessarily.
6. Don't be insincere.
7. Don't be egoist.
8. Don't be dogmatic.( being certain that your beliefs are right and that others should accept them, without paying attention to evidence or other opinions)
9. Don't be mumble. (to speak or say something in a quiet voice in a way that is not clear).
10. Eliminate superfluous words from you speech. (superfluous= more than you need or want, unnecessary)
11. Be a good listener.
12. ‌Be friendly, but not over familiar.

Concentrate on the points mentioned above; you will find that your conversation is more effective and impressive than before.
