𝐉𝐨𝐛’𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various print and digital media. The purpose of the role is to enhance the visual communication of KARA’s mission, objectives, and activities by creating engaging graphics, layouts, and marketing materials in line with the organization’s brand identity.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Designing and creating graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, brochures, flyers, reports, banners, and advertisements.
2. Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and other organizational activities.
3. Maintaining the organization’s brand identity and ensuring that all designs are consistent with the visual style guidelines.
4. Preparing final artwork and assets for both print and online platforms.
5. Providing design support for presentations, publications, and various promotional materials.
6. Regularly updating and improving the organization’s website and social media graphics.
7. Creating infographics, data visualizations, and other visuals to enhance content and communication.
8. Working with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
9. Ensuring all design work adheres to the organization’s goals, objectives, and policies.
10. Performing any other design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤:

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Work Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or related fields, preferably with experience in creating designs for NGOs or development organizations.

Training and Skills:
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of website design and social media graphics is a plus.
• Ability to work in Pashto, Dari, and knowledge of English is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

در یک دیدار صمیمانه و پُر مهر با جناب آقای رمضان بشر دوست، شخصیت مردمی، مهربان، فرهیخته و آگاه کشور، گفتگو و تبادل نظر سازنده‌ای صورت گرفت. در این نشست دوستانه، پیرامون نقش و فعالیت‌های گسترده‌ی سازمان کارا در عرصه‌ی خدمت‌گزاری به جوانان، ایجاد فرصت‌های تحصیلی، و گسترش زمینه‌های اشتغال‌زایی بحث و بررسی شد.
در فضای آکنده از صمیمیت و احترام، دیدگاه‌های ارزشمند جناب بشر دوست درباره‌ی راه‌های تقویت روحیه‌ی کار و خودباوری در میان نسل جوان مورد توجه قرار گرفت و بر اهمیت همکاری‌های مشترک در جهت توانمندسازی جوانان و شکوفایی استعدادهای نهفته‌ی آنان تأکید گردید.
این دیدار، نمادی از همدلی و هم‌فکری میان نخبگان دلسوز و نهادهای فعال در عرصه‌ی رشد اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور است.

در یک‌صد و دومین سالروز تأسیس جمهوری ترکیه، با نهایت افتخار و امتنان، سازمان کارا مهمان جناب سفیر عالی‌قدر جمهوری ترکیه در افغانستان، آقای Cenk Unal، در فضای باشکوه سفارت ترکیه در کابل بود.

این محفل فاخر، جلوه‌ای از دوستی، همکاری و پیوند فرهنگی میان دو ملت دوست، افغانستان و ترکیه، را به نمایش گذاشت. در جریان این دعوت ارزشمند، سازمان کارا فرصت آن را یافت تا با جمعی از سفرا از جمله سفیر محترم کشور ترکیه ، سفیر محترم کشور جاپان، مسؤل عملیاتی بانک جهانی، معاون محترم UNAMA، رؤسای نهاد های ملی و بین المللی و چهره‌های مهم و فرهیخته‌ی کشورهای مختلف دیدار و گفتگو نموده و درباره‌ی تقویت همکاری‌های همه‌جانبه، گسترش برنامه‌های آموزشی و ایجاد فرصت‌های تحصیلی اشتغال‌زایی برای جوانان با استعداد افغانستان تبادل نظر نماید.

در حاشیه‌ی این مراسم، نمایشگاه باشکوهی با همکاری نهاد تیکا (TİKA) برگزار گردید که در آن، از مجموعه‌ای از آثار هنری و صنایع دستی نهاد کارا ، از جمله قالینچه‌های ظریف، ظروف چوبی منقش، و آثار حکاکی چشم‌نواز ، با شکوه خاصی رونمایی به‌عمل آمد. این نمایشگاه نه‌تنها نمادی از هنر و خلاقیت جوانان کشور بود، بلکه پل ارتباطی میان فرهنگ‌ها و ملت‌های مختلف جهان را با افغانستان استوارتر ساخت.

همچنین، در حاشیه‌ی این رویداد، بحث مؤثر در مورد ایجاد فرصت های تحصیلی و اشتغال زایی برای جوانان افغان در کشور ترکیه صورت گرفت.

کمک‌های بی‌دریغ و بی‌شائبه‌ی سفارت ترکیه و نهاد تیکا در راستای ایجاد فرصت های تحصیلی ، توانمندسازی جوانان، توسعه‌ی مهارت‌های فنی،و طرح‌های اشتغال‌زایی، نشان‌دهنده‌ی عمق روابط دوستانه و همکاری‌های ثمربخش میان دو کشور می‌باشد.

این حضور افتخارآمیز، بار دیگر تعهد سازمان کارا را در مسیر رشد، خودباوری، و خدمت به مردم شریف افغانستان به‌نمایش گذاشت.
دیداری که نویدبخش افق‌های روشن‌تری در مسیر خدمت به مردم و ساختن آینده‌ای پُراُمید برای فرزندان این سرزمین است.

On the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey, Kara Organization had the distinct honor and privilege of being hosted by His Excellency Mr. Cenk Unal, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Afghanistan, at the magnificent Turkish Embassy in Kabul.

This prestigious gathering highlighted the friendship, cooperation, and cultural ties between the two friendly nations, Afghanistan and Turkey. During this valued invitation, Kara Organization had the opportunity to meet and engage with a distinguished group of dignitaries, including the Turkish Ambassador, the Japanese Ambassador, the World Bank Operations Officer, the Deputy of UNAMA, heads of national and international institutions, and other prominent and distinguished figures from various countries. Discussions focused on strengthening comprehensive cooperation, expanding educational programs, and creating educational and employment opportunities for talented Afghan youth.

On the sidelines of the event, a grand exhibition was held in collaboration with TİKA, showcasing a collection of Kara Organization’s artworks and handicrafts, including delicate carpets, intricately carved wooden vessels, and exquisite engraving works. The exhibition not only represented the artistic talent and creativity of Afghan youth but also served as a bridge between different cultures and nations, further strengthening Afghanistan’s cultural ties with the world.

Furthermore, effective discussions were held regarding the creation of educational and employment opportunities for Afghan youth in Turkey.

The unwavering and sincere support of the Turkish Embassy and TİKA in promoting educational opportunities, youth empowerment, technical skill development, and employment projects underscores the depth of the friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between the two countries.

This honorable participation once again demonstrated Kara Organization’s commitment to growth, self-reliance, and service to the people of Afghanistan—a meeting that heralds brighter horizons in serving the people and building a hopeful future for the children of this land.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin 102. kuruluş yıldönümünde, Kara Organizasyonu, Afganistan’daki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçisi Sayın Cenk Ünal’ın himayesinde, Kabil’deki görkemli Türkiye Büyükelçiliği’nde bulunmanın büyük onurunu ve minnettarlığını yaşadı.

Bu prestijli etkinlik, dost iki ülke, Afganistan ve Türkiye arasındaki dostluk, iş birliği ve kültürel bağların en güzel örneklerinden birini ortaya koydu. Bu değerli davet vesilesiyle Kara Organizasyonu, Türk Büyükelçisi, Japonya Büyükelçisi, Dünya Bankası Operasyon Yetkilisi, UNAMA Yardımcısı, ulusal ve uluslararası kurumların başkanları ve çeşitli ülkelerden önemli ve seçkin isimlerle bir araya gelme ve iş birliği fırsatı buldu. Görüşmeler, kapsamlı iş birliğinin güçlendirilmesi, eğitim programlarının yaygınlaştırılması ve yetenekli Afgan gençleri için eğitim ve istihdam fırsatlarının yaratılması konularında gerçekleşti.

Etkinlik kapsamında, TİKA iş birliği ile düzenlenen görkemli bir sergide, Kara Organizasyonu’nun sanat eserleri ve el sanatları koleksiyonları tanıtıldı; bunlar arasında zarif halılar, oymalı ahşap objeler ve göz alıcı gravür eserleri yer aldı. Bu sergi, yalnızca Afgan gençlerinin sanatsal yetenek ve yaratıcılığını temsil etmekle kalmadı, aynı zamanda farklı kültürler ve milletler arasında bir köprü işlevi görerek Afganistan’ın dünya ile kültürel bağlarını güçlendirdi.

Ayrıca, etkinlik kapsamında Afgan gençleri için Türkiye’de eğitim ve istihdam fırsatları yaratılması üzerine etkili görüşmeler gerçekleştirildi.

Eğitim fırsatlarının artırılması, gençlerin güçlendirilmesi, teknik beceri geliştirme ve istihdam projeleri konusundaki Türkiye Büyükelçiliği ve TİKA’nın samimi ve kesintisiz desteği, iki ülke arasındaki dostane ilişkilerin ve verimli iş birliğinin derinliğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Bu onurlu katılım, Kara Organizasyonu’nun Afgan halkına hizmet, büyüme ve öz güven yolundaki kararlılığını bir kez daha göstermiştir; bu buluşma, halka hizmet etme ve bu toprakların çocukları için umut dolu bir gelecek inşa etme yolunda daha aydınlık ufukların habercisidir.
