Background:
Jawed Ibrahimi Educational Center-English department was incepted in May 2023 by Jawed Ibrahimi Welfare Foundation to offer quality English language services to vulnerable Afghans at affordable cost. Jawed Ibrahimi Welfare Foundation is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit, non-partisan and non-sectarian humanitarian organization, extending its relief and development assistance to those in need across Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for students of different levels and ages
2. Design and produce lesson plans and adapt existing materials in accordance with the students’ needs.
3. Plan schemes of work and assess student’s progress
4. Provide information and other quality assurance exercises
5. Create positive educational climate for students to learn
6. Create lesson plans and modify accordingly as needed
7. Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
8. Prepare and distribute required reports and certificates
9. Observe and evaluate student’s performance
10. Manage student behavior in the classroom by involving approved disciplinary procedures.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.
Job Requirements:
• Have an ESL teaching qualification like a diploma from a reliable English academy.
• Teach full time from morning to night.
• Only teach in this center not anywhere else.
• Completion of computer course (office program);
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching of English Language;
• Demonstrated knowledge of children learning and facilitation methods;
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Dari, and Pashto
• Being able to do additional tasks in case of necessity

• Have superior dexterity for keyboarding and operating a mouse.
• Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have good social networking skills.
• Must have strong public speaking skills.

• Competence in teaching different levels
