Afghan- Turk High School of Jawzjan
The seventh-grade students of Afghan-Turk High School of Jowzjan organized an exciting educational trip to the historic district of Aqcha. During this visit, the students toured the Noor Ahmad Noori Carpet Production Company (Aqcha Ltd.), where they were introduced to the fascinating world of traditional carpet weaving.

Throughout the tour, the students observed each stage of the weaving process up close, learned how skilled artisans transform raw materials into high-quality handmade carpets, and gained valuable insights into one of Aqcha’s most renowned cultural industries. The visit provided a memorable and enriching learning experience, allowing the students to connect with the region’s craftsmanship and heritage.

✨ Step Nine: Kalabe Bughmeh — The Art of Tying the Hut 🎨🧵

In the heart of traditional Afghan carpet weaving, there’s a stage as delicate as poetry — Kalabe Bughmeh.
Here, every single thread is checked with care, ensuring no flaw hides within the weave. Then begins the artful act of tying — the “hut” is bound firmly with a special yarn called Bil Boghi.

This is more than just a step… it’s a ritual of precision, patience, and passion. 💫
Each tie ensures that, when the threads meet the dye, every color breathes evenly, every strand tells its story.

🧶 Kalabe Bughmeh — where skill meets soul, and colors find their perfect harmony. ❤️

🎥 ✨ Naqsha Chizmaq and Chiqarmaq – The Art Behind Every Thread

Naqsha Chizmaq and Chiqarmaq — the stage where imagination turns into design. Here, the journey of every carpet begins — not with yarn or color, but with vision.

Each pattern is carefully crafted, each motif drawn with precision and heart. On the graph paper, dreams take shape — the heritage of generations captured in lines and colors.

In the past, master artists painted these designs by hand, pouring soul and story into every stroke. Today, technology adds new harmony to this ancient art, as special computer programs bring perfection to tradition.

When the design is complete and approved, a new chapter unfolds — the yarns are dyed, and the dance of threads begins.

✨ Naqsha Chizmaq and Chiqarmaq — where creativity, culture, and craftsmanship unite.
