Appointed as the D&B contractor, on behalf of CSQ Project Development Consultancy we completed the full design & fit-out on a fast-track program with an ambitious 50-day on-site schedule. Despite the tight timeline, the project was handed over on time, defect-free, and without any last-minute compromises on quality. or surprises to the client.
This was a fully collaborative process. CSQ Project Development Consultancy ensured smooth and efficient process & Richmond Properties was closely involved throughout, bringing clear ideas and strong conceptual input that we worked together to translate into a contemporary, state-of-the-art real estate office. The result is a workspace that balances clean aesthetics with everyday functionality and operational efficiency.
