When we share experiences and knowledge with others, especially with those who are thirsty, interested, and curious to learn more, the impact and value of those experiences & and knowledge multiply.
Thank you, Dr. Lucy Bolton, for inviting me to be a guest speaker, Heriot-Watt University, Dubai Campus, to discuss designing actions, planning, and goal setting in coaching.
We had so much fun exploring creative techniques and evidence based practices, to the point that we stayed 45 minutes overtime just because we were happy to 😅.
What a privilege to connect with all of the Masters students, especially finally meeting in person - 🫶

As a new year begins, I reflect, and I can only feel gratitude for all the lessons, all the growth, and for having my family near me and for making it that far.
While the world is going crazy with all the heartbreaking sceneries and grief, while we are questioning human rights and social values, it is very evident that we need today more than anytime before to equip ourselves with our faith, with our hope for a better world where human rights are respected and honoured.
Welcoming the year with a sharp focus on what really matters and with a commitment to make this world a better place one kind act at a time.

□إنها تجربة الانغماس في مهمة جذابة وممتعة بحيث تستحوذ على انتباهك تمامًا.

□In positive psychology, a flow state, or being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus.
□It is the experience of being so absorbed by an engaging, enjoyable task that your attention is completely held by it.
□You lose sense of time, self-consciousness, and anything that doesn’t have to do with the task at hand.
◇Flow is the melting together of action and consciousness; flow is beneficial for mental and physical wellness and as a coping skill for stress and anxiety and emotional regulation.
