LUMBAGO aka Low Back Pain is usually around the Lumbar (as the name implies).
Lumbago is caused by INJURY to a muscle (STRAIN ) or ligament (SPRAIN).
Common CAUSES include:

- Where you, Lie on your back in the hook lying position (knees bent and feet on the floor).
- Cross your hands & arms across your chest.
- Slowly raise your head, neck, upper back, & shoulders off the floor.
As you raise up, exhale. As you lower down, inhale.
Repeat 10 times & work up to 3-5 sets atleast once per day.
