We are seeking a Logistics Administrator who is responsible for overseeing and facilitating our entire supply chain operation (from acquisition to distribution) by coordinating the distribution of goods through personnel and processes. The ideal logistics administrator will be adept at communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service skills. Our goal is to hire someone who ensures our operation is cost-effective and runs smoothly and efficiently while also increasing sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Logistics Administrator Responsibilities:
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers & respond to emails accordingly.
• Provides updated prices to the Manager for all materials.
• Coordinate and negotiate for suppliers pricing as well as preparing & sending PO both local & international.
• Monitor orders, by following up factory’s availability for ready shipments and follow up local suppliers for deliveries until warehouse.
• Tracks shipments to ensure timely deliveries and facilitate required documents for Jebel Ali / Sharjah freezone customs clearance (e.i shipping documents & letters for Customs clearance).
• Prepare shipping documents (INV/PL) for exports shipments
• Receive air freight shipments and arrange payments.
• . Provide documents internally & for customers’ requirements such as COO, BL, test reports and packing details (e.i. weight, dimensions, pallets, HS code) for shipments end user
• Send order copies to warehouse & update for which order related
• Provide invoices for system costing and shipping forwarder invoices for system entering as well as supplier’s SOA and reconcile with payable team
• Claim warranty & liaise with suppliers for any item / order problems
• Process credit facility applications for new local suppliers.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our HVAC systems, with a focus on Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC. Provide PPM for the units and prepare the reports includes summary sheet. Your expertise in HVAC systems and your commitment to delivering excellent service will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as a leader in the industry.

SENIOR CCU / HVAC TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

- Qualification required Diploma or Degree in Engineering in Mechanical is preferred, with focus
on Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in servicing.
- “MUST” have U.A.E driving license and willing to travel to customer sites as required.
- Expert in installation, maintenance, testing & commissioning, trouble shooting and repairing for
air conditioning systems.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, repairing systems and performing warranty services.
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data such as pressure and temperature.
- Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and
spare parts usage.
- Need to have a good communication skill to explain with customers their specific need and
provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
